Your mission

Use your comprehensive leadership experience and strategic expertise to significantly advance our Technology Strategy & Advisory Team. In this key role, you will work closely with decision-makers at the highest leadership level to develop groundbreaking strategies and lead the implementation of innovative technologies. You will actively shape the digital transformation in various industries and unlock new growth opportunities for our clients.

What you can expect

• Develop strategies for a smarter, digital future:
• In close collaboration with our clients' executives and our interdisciplinary teams, you will develop comprehensive technology strategies, design agile collaboration and organizational models, analyze levers for a digital transformation project, or identify IT cost optimization potentials, create integration and carve-out strategies within M&A processes, and plan the setup and management of a strategic transformation office.
• Bring together new ideas and new technologies:
• You will consider disruptive trends such as cloud, generative AI, and IoT to develop tailored solutions for our clients.
• Project and leadership responsibility:
• With your experience background, you quickly take on project and leadership responsibilities and shape the future of our clients and teams.

We look forward to

• An IT university degree, ideally supplemented by an additional qualification such as an MBA or a doctorate.
• Proven professional experience (at least five years) in strategic IT management, CIO, or in a comparable role within an industrial or consulting company.
• You convince with experience in goal development, digital strategies, and maturity assessments (maturity assessment).
• Experience in (part-)project management as well as technical team leadership and deep expertise in areas such as digital and IT strategy, agile IT operating model, IT value & cost optimization, strategic transformation management, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, IT security, or tech M&A.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and convince with analytical and conceptual strength as well as excellent communication skills.
