These challenges await you, among others:

• You support the creation and optimization of global guidelines. Together with the team, you develop content further, structure best practices and contribute to ensuring a scalable and globally consistent activation of marketing campaigns
• Together with the team, you develop innovative approaches to optimize and automate marketing processes through the use of Artificial Intelligence. You contribute to the conception, implementation, and continuous development of AI agents, create and optimize prompts and workflows, and support the integration of new use cases and AI-supported working methods
• Together with the team, you accompany innovative omnichannel use cases from the idea through conception to pilot implementation. You coordinate relevant stakeholders, support the development of digital marketing solutions along the customer journey, and contribute to preparing successful pilot projects for a global rollout
• You analyze current trends, conduct benchmarks, and support our team with data-based insights

The position can start in August 2026.

Qualifications:

• Current study in the field of Business Administration, Business Informatics, (Digital) Marketing, AI & Data Science or a comparable course of study
• Great interest in digital marketing, Artificial Intelligence, and innovative technologies as well as their use to optimize marketing processes
• Technical affinity and enthusiasm for getting to know new digital tools, AI applications, and automation solutions, testing them, and further developing them
• Analytical thinking, a structured and independent working method as well as creativity and team capability
• Very good English skills in writing and speaking; very good German skills
• First experiences with AI tools/agents, automation or digital technologies are an advantage
• Proficient knowledge of the common MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Co-Pilot)
• High commitment, initiative, and enjoyment of working in an international environment

Please note that your internship at this location must have a prescribed compulsory component.
