As an Identity & Directory Services Engineer (m/w), you will be responsible for the stable, secure, and standardized operation of our Identity & Directory Services. You will manage Active Directory (AD DS), Microsoft Entra  (including hybrid/synchronization) as well as Group Policies (GPOs) and develop global standards for identities and access models. You will ensure that our organization can work securely, efficiently, and sustainably, and thus become a central building block of our IT security and productivity strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Operation & development of AD DS, Entra  Hybrid Identity (stability, troubleshooting, standards)
  • GPO Management:
    Design, hardening, maintenance and structured rollouts of policies
  • Identity Lifecycle (Join/Move/Leave):
    Provisioning/Deprovisioning, groups/roles/permissions, including regular reviews
  • Security & Compliance:
    Implementation of least privilege, separated admin accounts, MFA as well as traceable logging
  • Automation & documentation (e.g. Power Shell/Graph) and close cooperation with Security, Infrastructure, HR/People and Application Owners
Your Profile:
  • Several years of experience with Active Directory and GPOs (design/hardening/troubleshooting)
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra  (users/groups/roles, RBAC, access models)
  • Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (lifecycle, permission/role concepts, least privilege)
  • Good knowledge in server and Azure administration
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 / O365 environment
  • Structured, solution-oriented working method
  • Very good German skills (at least level C1) and good English skills (at least level B2) complete your profile

Advantageous:

  • Experience with Privileged Access/PAM and SSO basics (SAML/OIDC)
  • Experience in global teams/matrix organizations and standardization of identity data
