Pay Value Stream) department stands for the technological heartbeat of our company: with responsibility for a wide portfolio - from data centers, platforms, digital workplace, enterprise architecture or global service delivery models - PT/TE forms the information technology basis of our daily work and the digital transformation of our company.
We are looking for a motivated intern for the Purchase-to-Pay team within PT/TE. Our task is the IT-side support, development and optimization of the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay processes from requirement capture through order to performance review and payment.
Together with departments, international IT teams and external partners we drive the digital development of our P2P processes forward. We rely on modern tools such as Service Now, PowerBI as well as on a transparent and structured process design in Signavio (BPMN - Business Process Model and Notation).

Your tasks:
- Support in the operational day-to-day business as well as in coordination with departments and IT partners
- Contribution to projects around digitalization, process automation and process harmonization
- Support in tests in the context of system and process changes
- Support in the analysis, modeling and optimization of purchase-to-pay processes
- Contribution to the creation and maintenance of BPMN process models in Signavio
- Support in the development of workflows and functions in Service Now
- Creation of evaluations, presentations and decision templates

Qualifications:
- Current study in the field of business informatics, business administration, business engineering or a comparable course of study
- Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
- Secure handling of Excel and Power Point
- Interest in end-to-end processes and digital business operations
- Willingness to work yourself into new topics, tools and processes (Service Now, Signavio, Copilot etc.)
- Ideally first experiences with BPMN - not required
- Analytical thinking, structured working method and reliability
- Enjoyment of teamwork, communication and independent work
Please note that your internship at this location must have a prescribed compulsory component.
