What tasks await you?

• As a student assistant (d/m/w/x) you support an agile scaled transformation major project in the operational PMO and create decision documents as well as success stories for internal and external communication formats.
• Furthermore, you take over the organization, coordination as well as the preparation and follow-up of appointments and workshops and support the maintenance, standardization and further development of project documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Another focus lies on data preparation and analysis in the context of project monitoring and status reporting.
• In addition, you contribute to the conception and implementation of AI-supported analyses, the derivation of insights and knowledge as well as content automation (agents).
• Also the conception and implementation of small repetitive PMO process automations as well as the support of continuous improvement formats and measures are part of your area of responsibility.

• You are studying business informatics or a comparable course, ideally in the master's program or already in an advanced bachelor's semester and you convince with high independence, networking skills as well as a structured way of working with parallel topics.
• Profound analytical and conceptual skills, a good sense for visualization and storytelling as well as interest in complex fields of activity characterize you.
• First basic knowledge in Jira, Confluence, Power BI and/or Power Automate is desirable.
• Furthermore, you are enthusiastic about transformation, scaled agile, PLM as well as AI, automation and new tools.
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing complete your profile and you have the desire to regularly work on site in Stuttgart or Böblingen with your team.
