• 1st and 2nd level support in client management (O365, M365, AzureAD,...)
• Administration, support of clients and users
• Direct contact with end users at the service desk at customer locations in southern Germany
• Handling of a ticket system and documentation of your activities in the ticket system
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software components
• Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions

• You have a successfully completed training as a specialist in information technology (m/f/d) or you are a lateral entrant (m/f/d) with appropriate experience and motivation
• You have practical experience in IT support (first- and second-level), customer support, telephone support or user helpdesk
• You are as enthusiastic as we are about the modern workplace and topics such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, etc.
• You can confidently handle and document ticket systems, such as Jira, Service Now, Helpline
• When it comes to incidents and requests, you always have the overview because you always keep a cool head
• Good German language skills in speech and writing, preferably supplemented by good English language skills
• Through your open and friendly demeanor, our customers always feel comfortable and look forward to getting your help
• Your working method is characterized by your good technical and analytical skills
• You are a communicative team player and like to face new challenges
• Independent work is also no problem for you and you like to be on the move
• You have a driver's license class B and are mobile.
