Job Title

PT/TGE stands for the technological heartbeat of our company: with the responsibility for a broad portfolio - from data centers, platforms, digital workplace, enterprise architecture or global service delivery models - ITT forms the information technology basis of our daily work and the digital transformation of our company.
The ITT/GM is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of IT systems and IT infrastructure for the global markets in the regions EMEA & APAC.
These challenges come to you, among others:
- You support the analysis of existing monitoring and observability concepts in the company context
- You also work on the identification of relevant AI approaches for anomaly detection, event correlation, and root cause analysis
- In addition, you contribute to the development of a prototype or dashboard that visualizes AI results and serves as a decision-making basis
- You create analyses for monitoring landscapes and derive improvement suggestions
- Furthermore, you create documentation, guidelines, and templates for recurring tasks
- In addition, you support the evaluation of the solution in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and user-friendliness
- You also contribute to the derivation of action recommendations for the productive use of AI-based observability
The activity can start in September 2026.
Qualifications- Degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field
- Very good English skills (project language), German skills helpful but not mandatory
- Interest in monitoring, observability, cloud environments, and modern IT operational architecture
- Analytical thinking and structured working method
- Understanding of IT service processes (e.g., event, incident, problem management) is a plus
