Our department is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of IT systems and IT infrastructure for global markets.

These challenges come among others to you:

• Support of the Program Management Office (PMO) in the planning, control, and coordination of an international infrastructure transformation program
• Creation and maintenance of project plans, status reports, management presentations as well as KPI and progress dashboards
• Tracking of milestones, measures, risks, dependencies, and decisions across several international work streams
• Preparation and follow-up of project meetings, workshops, and steering committees including documentation and measure tracking
• Support in the stakeholder and communication management between international teams and external partners
• Contribution to the optimization and standardization of PMO processes as well as the establishment of modern collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner)
• Analysis of project data as well as development of data-based decision bases for program management
• Independent takeover of small sub-projects and support in the introduction of digital and AI-supported working methods (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI or Power Automate & Claude)

The activity can start from September 2026.

• Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable course
• Interest in project management, IT infrastructure, digitalization, and international transformation projects
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as common AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.)
• Very good English skills in speech and writing, German skills are advantageous
• Very good experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Power BI is advantageous
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent working method
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-initiative, team capability, and a high level of responsibility
