As a member of our healthcare team at the locations Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, or Düsseldorf you shape the future of the healthcare system – strategically, operationally, and digitally. Whether it's transformation, digitalization, process optimization, or restructuring:
You accompany projects with real impact and develop tailor-made solutions together with our clients for a more efficient, innovative healthcare system. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including:

• Taking over the responsibility for complex IT and digitalization projects in the healthcare sector – with a focus on the electronic patient file (ePA) and mobile applications, and managing these throughout the entire project cycle.
• Building interdisciplinary project teams, leading them through all project phases, and promoting the professional development of employees.
• Managing requirements, milestones, and budgets in a structured manner, setting clear priorities, and ensuring transparency through regular reporting on progress and risks.
• Working closely with departments, IT, and external partners, moderating workshops, and accompanying decision-making processes at the management level.
• Ensuring the regulatory compliant implementation of digital solutions and keeping an eye on risks, dependencies, and escalations at all times.

Your Skillset You have a completed master's degree, e.g. in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or health management, and have in-depth knowledge in project management and agile methods; ideally you also bring experience in idea development and prototyping. You have several years of experience in managing complex IT and digitalization projects – ideally in the healthcare sector – and are responsible for budgets, resources, and project portfolios as well as the implementation of digital solutions under regulatory frameworks.

You convince with pronounced leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills and communicate confidently in German and English (min. C1 level) in a professional environment.
