Which tasks will you be responsible for?
- You will support user-centered decision-making by analyzing and preparing user insights from UX research, usability tests, customer feedback, and usage data.
- You will prepare usage data and results from surveys to provide informed design recommendations for digital products and in-car experiences.
- You will actively participate in user-centered design by working on UX initiatives throughout all phases—from understanding real user needs and pain points to creating personas, user journeys, and hypotheses, and developing concrete design and solution approaches.
- To create clarity and decision readiness, you will assist in creating UX artifacts, presentations, and decision documents for stakeholders and executives, focusing on usability, impact, prioritization, and concrete customer benefits.

- You are passionate about user-centered design and aim to translate complex digital and technological topics (e.g., data- or AI-driven functions) into a clear, usable, and meaningful user experience.
- Ideally, you bring initial experience with UX methods (e.g., user research, usability tests, wireframes, prototypes) and professional collaboration in a business environment.
- Excellent German and English skills are a must for you.
