• You will create and edit intranet posts tailored to the IT department's target audience.
• In addition, you will continuously refine and develop the IT department's intranet pages.
• You'll use AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to support internal communication.
• You'll support the planning and implementation of the IT department's internal communication initiatives.
• Furthermore, you'll contribute to various aspects of the IT department's internal communication and provide conceptual input on communication formats.
• Together with executives, you'll familiarize yourself with strategic IT topics.
• You create and design presentations and strategy documents in PowerPoint, optimize materials for executives, and assist in conducting strategy sessions.
• You also organize departmental workshops, conduct satisfaction surveys (e.g., using Kahoot), and analyze the results.

• You are studying business administration, marketing, media communications management, or a similar field.
• In addition, you have a good eye for design and are looking to gain practical experience.
• You are also interested in strategic communication and can present complex content in a clear and engaging way.
• You apply your creative talent specifically to the design of visual content.
• You enjoy creating strategic documents in PowerPoint and are comfortable working within design guidelines (corporate design).
• You also stand out for your ability to work independently, as well as your strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Furthermore, you are a quick learner, have a solution-oriented approach, and are proficient in PowerPoint.
• Excellent English and German language skills round out your profile.

Flexible working hours

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
