Integrity Program & Il Training Specialist

We in the Integrity Program & IL Training department are responsible for planning, designing, and implementing e-learnings/web-based trainings on integrity, compliance, law, and sustainability for Mercedes-Benz employees worldwide, using innovative and digital learning methods.

Part of our daily work includes not only creative training design and project work, but also the development of our training portfolio in terms of innovative methods, digital media and formats, as well as the integration and use of AI.

Look forward to a creative environment with project work, digital collaboration, and real insights into a global training program.

Are you curious, like to share your knowledge, and can get excited about these topics? Then you are right here with us.

These challenges come to you, among others:

  • As part of our IL Training team, you support us in the planning and implementation of web-based trainings on exciting compliance fields such as data protection, corruption prevention, cartel law, or various corporate governance topics.
  • Practice instead of theory:
You work on the creation of e-learnings and modules for internal employees and external partners – with a focus on integrity, compliance, and law.
  • Creativity required:
You take over sub-projects and responsibility for the conceptual and didactic design of our web-based trainings. You bring your own ideas for the content and visual design.
  • Direct contact with experts:
You work closely with subject matter experts and compliance specialists to convey content precisely and practically.
  • Experience project work live:
From working with external service providers to the team- and department-wide organization of workshops – you are part of the entire process and everyday life in our team.
  • Digital & innovative:
You get to know modern (AI-based) tools, work with them concretely, and support our digital transformation. Access to artificial intelligence is available to you for daily work and is actively used – you thus work practically with AI and bring your ideas into application.
  • Training and guidance:
Your onboarding will be ensured by a person who takes care of you in the team. Hybrid working is possible in consultation.

The position can start from October 2026.

Qualifications:

  • You study business education, psychology, adult education, law, economics/business administration, media science, business ethics, or a comparable course and want to apply your knowledge in an international corporate context.
  • You can present complex facts understandably and attractively.
  • First experiences in the field of training or e-learning, with project work, AI application, or digital tools are a plus – but not mandatory.
  • You are communicative, organized, and like to work independently.
  • Applications of MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) are familiar to you.
  • Very good German and English language skills complete your profile.

Please note that your internship at this location must have a prescribed compulsory component.

We look forward to your online application with resume, cover letter, certificates, current enrollment certificate with indication of the semester, if applicable, proof of compulsory internship, and proof of the standard period of study.
