As a student assistant (m/f/d/x) in the area of Product Management & Product Ownership Support – Disclosure Portal you will support the Product Owner in the development of a group-wide platform for Open Source Compliance and Software Supply Chain Management. The Disclosure Portal is a strategic solution in the area of Software Engineering Excellence, Open Source Governance and digital Compliance.

You will support in the planning, management and prioritization of the product backlog.

You will prepare workshops, meetings and coordination appointments with international stakeholders, document the results and follow up on the next steps.

You will analyze and prepare requirements from departments, development teams and compliance organizations and create presentations, decision templates and management updates.

You will support rollout, communication and enablement measures and contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, wikis and training materials.

In addition, you will analyze KPIs and usage figures, identify improvement potentials and contribute to the continuous development of the Disclosure Portal.

You are studying Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable course.

You are interested in digital products, software development and modern IT platforms and are enthusiastic about the interface between business and technology.

You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and convince with your pronounced communication and organizational skills.

You confidently use Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook.

Ideally, you have first experiences with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) and an interest in Open Source, Software Compliance, IT Governance or Product Management.

Very good German and English skills in speech and writing complete your profile.

Flexible working hours

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
