• Pay rate: $2,094.00 – $2,224.00 per week

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes, supporting recovery and independence.
• Assess patient needs, deliver skilled nursing care, and develop care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and other health professionals to ensure quality outcomes.
• Document patient care and enter data into electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Active Louisiana RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of home health or acute‑care experience.
• RN Compact accepted.
• SSN and date of birth required.
• One reference covering entire work history.
• Proficiency with EMR systems is recommended.
