Location:

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, with some weekends and holidays required. Hours may vary. Further details upon interview.

Pay: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

• Prepares food in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Ensures quality food service at all times, meeting production, delivery, and service schedules.

• Prepare high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals or prepare them for delivery ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and attractiveness.
• Use established ticket collection procedures during service.
• Record and maintain service area records.
• Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Store or discard excess food following safe food‑handling procedures.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
• Assist in ordering and receiving all food and supplies.
• Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately.
• Attend in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Perform job safely while ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Commit to personal and others’ safety.
• Abide by all company policies and procedures, including:
  • Use medium‑weight cut gloves when handling knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning a slicer.
  • Use oven, fryer, or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers, or steam tables.
  • Wear slip‑resistant shoes and use proper lifting techniques.
