Roustabouts perform a variety of manual labor tasks on the rig, supporting drilling operations and assisting with equipment and supply handling. • 0 – 2 years experience as a Roustabout or similar role
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to wear respiratory protective devices
• Successful completion of Roustabout Training at the Nabors Training Center
• Reliable transportation to the crew change point
• Ability to work 14 days on and 14 days off, including holidays and weekends
• Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing upwards of 60 lbs, push/pull up to 120 lbs, and work in confined spaces
• Ability to transfer from boat to rig using a personnel basket
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
