Shift: First | 7 AM - 5 PM

Looking for Warehouse Helper jobs in New Iberia where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

If your skills and experience are a good match for this role,

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with welding components preferred
• Toolroom experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting preferred

• Load, unload, and sort materials and inventory
• Use handheld scanners to locate and track inventory
• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Manage and monitor cylinder inventory levels
• Generate and review inventory reports
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare customer orders
• Safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work independently while maintaining productivity
• Collaborate with team members to support warehouse operations

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Helper.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
