Description
Responsibilities:
+ Applicants should be highly motivated senior level career-oriented accountants with 10 or more years of broad accounting experience.
+ Proficiency in using Quick Books Online and Quick Books desktop versions. Quick Books Pro Advisor a plus.
+ Must be proficient in preparing all business tax returns including 1065, 1120S, and 1120 tax returns, including the ability to track partner and shareholder's basis.
+ Proficient in preparing high-net worth individual tax returns including inputting complex K-1 forms.
+ Understanding and knowledge of sales tax and payroll tax returns, and basic nexus standards.
+ Preparation and review of high net worth individual and small to medium size business tax returns
+ Knowledge in gift, estate and tax-exempt entities a plus
+ Professionally manage all aspects of the client relationship
+ Prepare financial statements and assist in providing necessary adjustments to clients accounting systems.
+ Client communication and supervising firm staff
+ Offsite work at the client's location

+ Active CPA License with 10+ years of small to mid-size firm experience
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong analytical and time management skills
+ Willingness to travel to clients
+ Proficiency Accounting/Tax Software (Ultra Tax a plus), and MS Office products
+ Master's degree in accounting or taxation is a strong plus
