Let’s start with what actually matters to you. No silos. No corporate maze. Just a smaller boutique firm where people know your name, leadership is reachable, and clients actually stick around long enough for you to build real relationships.
If you like the idea of a broad focussed Tax position, where you’ll get to work across a range of industries, keep reading.
This is an in office role for a CPA (or CPA candidate / EA) with a solid Tax background in a mid sized firm. You'll have prepared complex 1040, 1065, 1120 and 1120s returns. The firm runs on a steady workload, long standing small business clients. A grounded culture where people stay because they want to, not because they feel trapped.
Think collegial, calm, quietly ambitious. No public companies. No silo’s. No politics.
You would be stepping into a team that values broad exposure, accessible Partners, and a pace that feels sustainable even when busy season turns up.
You’ll likely be a CPA, EA or CPA candidate, with preparation experience in a mid sized CPA firm. Although, those with the experience in larger and smaller firms will also be considered.
Here’s the part most people get wrong: you don’t need to tick every box to introduce yourself. The apply button is not legally binding. Worst case? We chat, decide the timing isn’t right, and you carry on. Best case? You bag yourself a fantastic new position.
Prefer the human touch? Splendid. Ring me up. I’m at . Also, I get it can be hard to talk with the fear of your Managing Partner walking past your office. I’m around early (6am EST) and after-hours too.
