What You'll Be Doing

* Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations using accounting software

* Process high-volume cash receipts with speed and accuracy

* Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts

* Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues

* Generate, review, and distribute monthly customer statements

* Monitor aging reports and support collections efforts

* Accurately enter and maintain customer agreements and billing data

* Review and post recurring charges and invoices

* Assist with journal entries and general ledger support

* Support 1099/1096 reporting and year-end processes

* Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client and internal inquiries

What We're Looking For

* 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

* Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

* Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of their work
