Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid – 2–3 Days On‑Site)
Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 + Annual Bonus Eligibility

Position OverviewThe Accounts Payable Specialist will play a critical role in managing the full‑cycle AP process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working with large volumes of transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Process a high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts where applicable
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Assist with month‑end close activities related to accounts payable
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Utilize ERP system for transaction processing and reporting
- Leverage Excel for data tracking, reporting, and reconciliations
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high‑volume setting
- Experience working with an ERP‑based accounting system required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc. a plus)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
- Self‑starter with a proactive and solutions‑oriented approach
- Hybrid flexibility (2–3 days in‑office)
