Client Overview

Our client is a growing, privately held organization with a collaborative, team‑oriented environment and a strong foundation built over the past decade. $80K - $85K

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing core accounting functions, including overseeing the month‑end and year‑end close processes. This position is part of a restructuring effort within the accounting team and offers strong ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and business initiatives.

• Lead and manage monthly and annual close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Support inventory‑related accounting activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial and operational projects.

• 5–7 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and technical proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting.
• Exposure to process improvements or system enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
