Location: Pine BrookCPA - Hybrid/Must Have Experience with an Entertainment Business Management CPA Firm
We are a growing CPA firm specializing in managing the accounting for top entertainment clients across the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Business Account Manager with a CPA or CPA track to oversee client books for tours, manage a team of bookkeepers, and prepare and review financial reports. The role reports directly to the partner and supports high‑net‑worth entertainment clients.

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 per year.
Location:
New Jersey (relocation options).
Work Schedule:
Hybrid, 3 days per week in office.
Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of high net worth clients in the music industry, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.Preparing comprehensive financial reports and statements while adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness.Developing and managing budgets, forecasting trends, and making informed recommendations to clients.Providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and maintaining strong client relationships.Utilizing Agilink software for efficient and effective account management.Collaborating with other team members to drive the firm's success and contribute to strategic planning.Staying informed about the latest trends and developments in the music business management and finance industries.Communicating comfortably with music managers, agents, and attorneys.Managing touring musicians, including tour reconciliations, budget to actual, settlement reconciliations, and merchandise.Preparing meeting packages for clients.Assisting associate bookkeepers to meet goals.Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management within a music business management firm.Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance. CPA designation is a plus.Extensive experience in financial reporting and budgeting.Proven track record of managing high net worth clients and delivering exceptional customer service.Proficiency in Agilink or similar financial management software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in‑person responsibilities.Passion for the music industry and a deep understanding of its unique financial challenges and opportunities.Benefits
