Tax Director

Responsibilities:

* Review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns

* Review of high net worth individual returns

* Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters

* Identify tax planning opportunities

* Train staff on new tax codes

* Create marketing materials for new tax codes

* Handle and resolve tax controversies

* Training and supervision of staff
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting

* CPA is a must

* 12+ years of public accounting tax experience including tax return preparation and review, and tax law with ability to research

* Expected to have good communications skills and correspond both orally and in writing with clients and tax authorities

* Experience managing & mentoring staff
