Overview
We are a mid-sized Heavy Civil Construction company based in Voorhees with a growing accounting team. We value our people and clients, and we seek an experienced Controller to oversee the accounting department.
Responsibilities- Oversee the accounting department and ensure financial accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor job costs and profitability.
- Lead process improvements in accounting and internal controls.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Construction accounting experience required
- 5+ years of construction industry experience
- Proficient in Quick Books
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel
- Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 per year
