Accounting Manager / Controller
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
Location: Teterboro, NJ (100% On-Site)

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Maintain accounting records through trial balance and support month-end and year-end close activities
• Monitor cash flow, bank activity, positive pay processes, and account reconciliations
• Prepare financial reporting and coordinate with the outside CPA on accounting and tax-related matters
• Oversee customer payment processing, collections, credit management, and vendor payment activities
• Support inventory, billing, receiving, and distribution accounting processes while resolving discrepancies
• Experience as an Accounting Manager, Controller, Assistant Controller, or similar hands-on accounting professional
• Strong Quick Books experience required
• Proven experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations
• Experience managing payroll, month-end close, and maintaining books through trial balance
• Experience working with an outside CPA and preparing financial reporting support
• Distribution, inventory accounting, VAM, and/or ADP experience preferred
