Natural Wireless, a fast-growing Internet service provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic and expanding company.
Junior Accountant Duties- Prepare and issue customer invoices and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records.
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and prepare check runs and electronic payments.
- Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports and monitor collection activities.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
- Monitor and manage the Finance Department email inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance.
- Assist with revenue contract administration and customer account setup.
- Assist with year-end corporate tax preparation.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships considered).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Quick Books.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
