Accounting Manager / Controller
Salary: $100,000 – $115,000
Location: Teterboro, NJ (100% On-Site)

- Maintain accounting records through trial balance and support month-end and year-end close activities
- Monitor cash flow, bank activity, positive pay processes, and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial reporting and coordinate with the outside CPA on accounting and tax-related matters
- Oversee customer payment processing, collections, credit management, and vendor payment activities
- Support inventory, billing, receiving, and distribution accounting processes while resolving discrepancies
- Experience as an Accounting Manager, Controller, Assistant Controller, or similar hands-on accounting professional
- Strong Quick Books experience required
- Proven experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations
- Experience managing payroll, month-end close, and maintaining books through trial balance
- Experience working with an outside CPA and preparing financial reporting support
- Distribution, inventory accounting, VAM, and/or ADP experience preferred
