Accounts Receivable Associate

Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their accounting team. This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing, cash application, account reconciliation, and collection follow-up. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced accounting environment.

• Process and issue customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due balances.
• Assist with collection activities and customer account inquiries.
• Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and aging schedules.
• Assist with month-end close activities and AR reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate customer account information.
• Work closely with the Accounting, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
