Role Description

Botwinick & Company LLC is seeking Senior Tax Managers to join its Rochelle Park, NJ and Boca Raton, FL offices. These are full‑time, on‑site positions. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing a wide range of tax filings, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, and researching and interpreting complex tax laws. The role also includes collaborating with team members on client tax planning strategies, managing and strengthening client relationships, responding to tax‑related inquiries, and staying current on evolving tax regulations affecting individuals and businesses, with a strong emphasis on real estate.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA certification
  • Minimum of 10 years of tax accounting experience
  • Experience handling tax compliance for partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, C corporations, and high‑net‑worth individuals
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilites
  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for real estate entities and individual clients
  • Manage tax compliance for partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, C Corporations, and high‑net‑worth individuals
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with changing tax laws and regulations, particularly those impacting real estate
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and high‑quality client service
  • Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on tax matters
