Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial results
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Support audit and tax preparation activities
• Monitor revenue recognition and project profitability for events
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to management
• Assist with process improvements and strengthening internal controls
• Partner with operations and project teams on financial reporting and analysis
