• $80K–$95K base salary +
  bonus at the end of tax season
• Monthly commission when you bring a book of business or new clients — your relationships pay you back
• Summer schedule: from Memorial Day to Labor Day, work a 4-day, 40-hour week with Fridays off

• Resolve IRS and state tax issues on behalf of clients
• Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor — building relationships, not just filing returns
• Contribute to the growth of a thriving public accounting practice

• CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) designation — required. Candidates without one of these designations cannot be considered, as the role involves IRS issue resolution
• 5+ years of experience preparing individual income tax returns
• Experience handling IRS and state tax matters

• Full-time, on‑site Monday–Friday in Thorofare, NJ (no remote option)
• Salary commensurate with demonstrable experience
