• Lead and mentor accounting staff while remaining hands-on in key accounting activities.
• Build cross-functional expertise through involvement in HR, benefits, compliance, and vendor relationships.
• Take on a highly visible role with opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial reporting.
• Manage the general ledger and oversee month-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable, credit reviews, and customer account reconciliations.
• Reconcile inventory balances, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Administer payroll through ADP and supervise A/P and billing staff.
• Senior-level accounting experience with full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
• Strong general ledger, month-end close, and account reconciliation experience.
• Payroll processing experience, preferably utilizing ADP.
• Experience preparing financial statements and working with external CPA firms.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience within an accounting environment.
