Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Franklin Park

Description

Responsibilities

+ Process and post customer payments accurately and timely.

+ Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.

+ Conduct collections activities while maintaining positive customer relationships.

+ Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

+ Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements.

+ Research and resolve payment issues and unapplied cash.

Requirements

Must have strong experience with VLOOKUP's .
