Job Details

Review Forms 990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, 990-T, and related state filings
Review Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT) calculations and tax filings
Research and evaluate complex tax issues impacting exempt organizations
Provide nonprofit tax advisory services including:

Private foundation compliance
Excess benefit transaction issues
Intermediate sanctions matters
Public support testing
State charitable registration requirements

Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for nonprofit clients
Supervise, develop, and mentor tax staff, seniors, and supervisors
Coordinate with audit and advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutions
Assist clients with IRS correspondence and notice resolution
Support business development initiatives and client relationship management
Contribute to the continued growth of the Not-for-Profit tax practice
