• Mission:
  Support the accounting department’s month and quarter-end close activities by understanding and assisting with basic business processes across various financial functions.
• Tech Stack:
  Microsoft Suite, SAP

• Support month and quarter-end close activities within the accounting department.
• Analyze balance sheet accounts and assist in preparing journal entries.
• Develop knowledge of general ledger account details and related processes.
• Facilitate accounting functions across sales, marketing, and purchasing departments.
• Contribute to projects focused on account reconciliations, clearing account data management, and researching aged account activity.

• Background:
  Must be an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing an Accounting degree, having completed at least 60 college credit hours, and maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience utilizing Microsoft Suite applications and SAP software is required.
• Skills:
  
  Demonstrated conscientiousness, responsibility, and motivation, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member. Fluent English proficiency, both oral and written, is essential.
• Bonus:
  Previous experience with BMW Group is beneficial for international J1 students.
