Tax Manager​/Supervisor

Kforce's client, a very successful, independent CPA firm located in North Jersey with 30 professionals, is seeking a full-time Tax Manager or Supervisor with 5+ years of recent diverse tax experience working at a public accounting firm. Responsibilities:

• Performance a variety of tax compliance and planning services for clients in numerous industries-real estate, construction, manufacturing, pro services, NFP and more
• Assist in planning and running client engagements, including billing and time analysis

• Degree in Accounting
• CPA is a plus 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience 1040, 1041, 1120, 1065, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

• Medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.
• Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
• Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
• Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
