Senior Assistant Admin, Quality
Location: Belvidere, NJ

As a Senior Assistant Admin within our Quality team, you will be responsible for contributing to the departmental goals and targets by coordinating and providing administrative, communication, and system support across Quality and general site administration. You will be responsible for providing key administrative and system ownership support for the site Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring effective document control, training administration, KPI reporting, and cross‑functional communication to support GMP and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities- Key user and administrator for Electronic Document Management Systems (EDM/Documentum), Trackwise, Safety Amp, and quality reporting tools.
- Coordinate SOP creation, review, approval workflows, and controlled document issuance.
- Maintain training matrices and support onboarding and refresher training coordination for GMP, quality, and SHE.
- Support KPI reporting for quality systems (Trackwise, Right First Time, Document Management, training compliance).
- Support Packaging Release documentation and record management.
- Coordinate Annual BOM reviews, CCR reports, and annual product review preparation.
- Other duties assigned by Belvidere leadership.

- High school diploma/GED with 5+ years’ experience in a senior administrative or coordination role in an operational or regulated environment.
- Advanced computer skills (especially MS Office Suite).
- Experience with document management and enterprise systems preferred.
- Basic project management skills.
Hourly: $31.73 – $58.51. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
