Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) – Lawrenceville, NJ

, a leading investment firm with nearly 50 years of experience, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Investment Counselors in our Lawrenceville, NJ office.

Position Overview

This role provides professional administrative, customer service, and marketing support to Investment Counselors and their clients. Responsibilities include phone coverage, scheduling client appointments, assisting with seminar preparation, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, take messages, and provide excellent client and prospect service
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments using Outlook
  • Conduct outbound calls for seminar invitations and client outreach
  • Prepare client presentation and seminar materials
  • Assist with seminar preparation and logistics

    Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Support administrative and marketing projects as needed
  • Work closely with and follow direction from assigned Investment Counselor

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of reception or customer service experience
  • Ability to sit for extended periods

Preferred:

  • Prior office or financial services support experience (helpful but not required)
Work Schedule
  • Part-Time: 15–20 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling

Professional office setting. This role is primarily sedentary but may require light filing and occasional lifting of seminar materials.
