Location: Mickleton, NJ (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $21–$22/hr

Overview

Our client in Mickleton, NJ is seeking a professional and reliable Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to support daily office operations. This role is fully onsite and requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable supporting a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the front desk presence: greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting onsite employees.
  • Assist with documentation, data entry, scheduling, and general office tasks.
  • Coordinate with HR and management teams as needed (internal notes show this role often assists with HR‑adjacent tasks in this environment).
  • Support purchasing, PO processing, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate, timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English – required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and comfort interacting with employees, vendors, and guests.
  • Ability to work fully onsite daily from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and general systems navigation).
