Responsibilities- Working directly with the HR team to direct the flow of applicants to the appropriate program managers.
- Scheduling interviews and conducting applicant screenings as needed.
- Submitting requisitions and verifying accuracy of posted positions.
- Review and update master position listings.
- Tracks and supports the activities related to the retention of newly hired staff.
- Review daily time and attendance for each employee in designated programs and ensure that time records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
- Adjust time as needed per regulations and policies. Communicate with program managers to ensure accuracy of overtime and department transfers/allocations.
- Consistently meet closing deadlines of Time and Attendance applications for the processing of payroll.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience, preferably in a coordinator capacity required. Prior management experience and a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals preferred.
