Responsibilities
  • Document Translation:
    Translate documents from one language to another (Korean, English), ensuring accuracy. This could include internal company documents, emails, reports, contracts, etc.
  • Oral Translation:
    Provide real-time oral translation (simultaneous or consecutive interpretation) during meetings or events.
  • Language Support:
    Collaborate with other departments or teams by offering language support. For example, assisting customer service or marketing teams in communicating with international clients.
  • Invoice Management with Service Providers:
    Collaborate with service providers to obtain accurate accounts payable details, ensuring timely receipt of invoices and effective follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    General Assistance:
    Assist with additional tasks such as project management, or provide support to other departments when necessary, closely with the audit team to review discrepancies in billing, facilitating the re-invoicing process as necessary to resolve issues.
  • Expense Billing Coordination:
    Discuss and arrange billing methodologies when expense categories differ, ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements.
Core Competency Required for This Position
  • Must be fluent in English and Korean
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
