Job Description: Pay Range: $23.60hr - $39.34hr
Requirement/Must Have:- 1–3 years of administrative, documentation, or logistics-related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
- Experience reviewing logistics and shipping documentation.
- Experience supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation processes.
- Experience coordinating with warehouse staff, freight forwarders, and carriers.
- Experience tracking shipments and providing status updates.
- Experience supporting audits and compliance reviews.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Knowledge of import and export documentation and basic trade compliance regulations preferred.
- Provide administrative and operational support for logistics, trade compliance, and site operations.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for operational and compliance documents.
- Manage document flow to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution.
- Review import and export documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Archive and maintain records for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory documentation, and cycle count records.
- Coordinate shipment documentation with warehouse staff, freight forwarders, and carriers.
- Track shipments and communicate status updates to internal teams.
- Support onboarding documentation for vendors, visitors, and contractors.
- Provide administrative support during audits and compliance reviews.
- Prepare reports, logs, and tracking tools using Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with logistics or supply chain documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of import and export regulations.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Time management and prioritization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
