About the Role

We’re Not Just Hiring an Operations Coordinator & Scheduler. We’re Looking for a Steward of Excellence.

My name is Claire. I am searching for a rare kind of person — someone who leads with both precision and heart — to serve as our Business Operations Coordinator & Scheduler.

Before I tell you about the role, let me tell you why it matters.

I began my career as an educator and school principal before becoming a nurse, and eventually a nurse entrepreneur serving older adults. Across every season of my work, one truth has remained constant:

Behind every smooth schedule, every calm client interaction, and every excellent experience is someone quietly orchestrating the details. That someone could be you.

You will coordinate schedules, manage communication, support systems, and ensure that our clients and care team experience seamless service. You are not “just filling shifts.” You are protecting standards. You are safeguarding trust.

This is an in person role, its full time Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm and every other weekend a few hours virtually. This role also offers benefits.
