Salesforce Systems Administrator with NPSP (Non-profit Success Package)

My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new six month plus Salesforce Systems Administrator opportunity available for a major firm in Basking Ridge, New Jersey that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below and I am available at any time to speak with you so please feel free to call me. The forty-hour work week schedule will be hybrid, three days a week in the office and two days remote.

The ideal candidate must possess NPSP (Non-profit Success Package) experience.

The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding company submittals. This is NOT a full remote role.

This position pays $50.00 per hour on a W-2.

This position is necessary for the proper administration and use of various software and platforms, including Salesforce, Classy, and Quick Books. This will allow the firm's Foundation to manage financial record keeping, program management, fundraising events, donor records and grant recipient records.

The ideal candidate needs to have experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Package which includes grant management processes, online fundraising platforms, and financial software.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.org NPSP database including advanced customization and configuration.
  • Manage all Salesforce donation entry, acknowledgments, and annual contribution statements in accordance with state disclosure requirements.
  • Manage Salesforce.org Grants Management Module and Community Portal, including support of community users.
  • Enter grant and scholarship awards into Quick Books for approval.
  • Enter bills into Quick Books for approval; process electronic payment once approved.
  • Review daily transactions in Quick Books and assign to GL account; enter anonymous donation deposits into Salesforce, as necessary.
  • Manage Classy fundraising pages and monitor integrations with Salesforce and Quick Books
