About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Japanese Office Assistant / Sales Support professional to support daily office operations and assist the sales team within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks, customer interaction, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming calls professionally
Support sales team with quotes, invoicing, and administrative tasks
Perform data entry and maintain records in Salesforce
Coordinate shipping of machines, parts, and materials
Prepare meeting rooms and assist with client visits (including basic hospitality)
Manage office supplies, petty cash, and vendor coordination
Assist with travel arrangements and employee requests
Organize internal events, meetings, and company functions
Support exhibitions and coordinate logistics when needed

Qualifications

Bilingual Japanese (required)
3+ years of office assistant, admin, or customer service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with data entry and administrative support

Experience with :

Salesforce (preferred)
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Nice to have:

Experience with Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, or Canva
