Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00 hourly

- Must have at least 2 years of processing motor vehicle work and be fingerprinted with the state of New Jersey
- Knowledge of out‑of‑state MV registration processing
- Reconcile MV accounting schedule
- Scanning and filing of documents
- General accounting duties in coordination with MV processing
- Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work
- Assist the Office Manager with additional administrative and office‑related tasks as needed
- HS/GED Diploma and a minimum of two (2) years of experience
- Attention to detail (particularly with typing and bookkeeping)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- Strong work ethic
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player
