Are you a pet lover with a passion for customer service? If so, we’d like to hear from you! We are seeking a full-time outgoing and organized individual to join the Veterinary Receptionist team at our busy hospital. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet pet owners and check in pets, schedule appointments, process payments, and generally ensure that the hospital is a welcoming place.

We are open on weekends and employees are scheduled for weekend shifts.
We take pride in providing a warm, professional environment for both clients and staff.

• Greet owners as they arrive
• Check-in animal patients for their appointments
• Collect and confirm pet and owner information
• Answer phones
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
• Process payments
• Other administrative duties, as assigned

• Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a similar role required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication with clients and coworkers
• Comfortable working with a variety of animals
• Proficient in office software, scheduling software, and other technology
• Knowledge of Avimark a plus
