United Communities is seeking a Summer Intern – Leasing Administration to support our leasing and property management team at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. This is a great opportunity for a student or early‑career professional interested in administration, property management, or customer service to gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Location: Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ

Schedule: Summer Only | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Assist the leasing team with walking homes (showing homes and completing basic walkthroughs)
• Help process and track Notices to Vacate
• Provide general office and administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and data entry
• Communicate professionally with residents and team members
• After the first month, may assist with basic delinquency tracking and follow-up, as trained
• Support other leasing and administrative tasks as needed

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Professional and courteous communication style
• Comfortable working in an office setting and interacting with residents
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid Driver's License

• Seasonal / Summer‑only internship
• Full‑time hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• On‑site position at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst
• Training provided
