Job Title: Logistics Admin Assistant
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Logistics Admin Assistant to join our client to support the coordination and flow of vehicle delivery activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely movement of vehicles by maintaining accurate status updates, communicating with external partners, and resolving issues that may slow down delivery or licensing. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a problem solving mindset to help keep operations running smoothly.

This is an onsite, contract to possible hire opportunity based in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Compensation:
$21.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Admin Assistant:

• Support the tracking and maintenance of delivery and licensing progress for vehicles and ensure updates are accurately reflected in internal systems.

• Communicate timing changes, delays, and required next steps to dealerships, vendors, and internal contacts to keep all parties aligned.

• Oversee the processing and documentation of required paperwork, including requests for titles, MSOs, and licensing updates.

• Manage assigned fleet cases by identifying issues, coordinating resolutions, and delivering clear updates to clients.

• Assist with broader team initiatives, including onboarding support, project tasks, and escalation follow through. Qualifications and Skills for the Logistics Admin Assistant:

• A degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent hands on experience in logistics or administration is welcomed.

• At least 1 year of experience working in logistics coordination, administrative operations, or a similar environment.

• Background in transportation, automotive services, or vendor support is a strong plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

• Strong organization, communication, and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Why Join Us?
